Is the Free plan enough to comply with the digital logbook (SIEX)?
Yes: plant protection treatment records, fertilisation plan and PDF export of the official logbook, free and with no time limit.
What does Spanish law require, and when?
Already in force since 1 January 2026: every nutrient application (fertiliser, manure, slurry) must be recorded in the logbook within one month. Fertilisation plan: since 1 September 2026, except for irrigated units sown or planted between March and June 2026, which needed it by 1 January. Electronic recording of plant protection treatments: 1 January 2027. Full digital logbook: 1 January 2028 for holdings over 30 ha of total area (rainfed plus irrigated), over 5 ha irrigated, or over 0.1 ha of greenhouse — exceeding any one of the three is enough. Is the free logbook from my autonomous community enough?
For recording, yes. Orcelis also gives you the irrigation and fertilisation calculations, the satellite imagery and the alerts that an administrative register will never provide.
What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
You move to Free automatically. You lose no data.
How are hectares counted?
By actual cropped area (planting spacing × number of plants, or crop extent for vegetables), not by the cadastral parcel.
Can I change plan?
Upgrading is immediate; downgrading takes effect at renewal.
I am already an Orcelis customer — what changes for me?
Your price and terms stay the same. We will contact you personally to help you through the change.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, they are exclusive of VAT. Each invoice carries your tax number.
